Golden Palace has always been one of the market leaders in terms of a constant stream of new games, high payouts and customer service. One of the best things about Golden Palace in my opinion had always been its rewards programme, so I was very excited to learn that they have just launched a ‘new and improved’ rewards programme.
Although Golden Palace’s rewards programme was always a high payer and you didn’t need to keep calling customer care chasing up your points, what they weren’t too clever on was their explanation of how loyalty points are added/credited etc. Looking at the tiers and the explanations now you might get a bit of a shock as it takes up nearly a whole page. However, out of all the nine levels that it explains in detail only one of these tiers will apply to you so just read that and ignore the rest (unless of course you plan to work your way up the ladder), in which case you’ll want to know what you need to do to achieve your new status.
The one and only fault with this ‘new and improved’ programme is that you need to contact customer service to have your bonus money added. This isn’t too much of a problem though as it is a freephone number, and all they need to know are a couple of details and your bonus money is added almost immediately.
A new feature is that once you reach ‘zircon’ status (level 3), they are advertising Monday’s as the day that you will receive a ‘surprise bonus’ – again you have to call customer service for details. I’m looking forward to Monday already!
